My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what do I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early, and it may still arrive within the next 24 hours. In the meantime, we recommend checking:

• Around your property (porch, side/back door, garage, etc.)

• With household members or neighbors who may have received it on your behalf

• Any parcel lockers or mailrooms, if applicable
