What if my order arrives thawed or warm?

It’s not uncommon for some thawing to occur during shipping, especially in warmer months. As long as the food still feels cool to the touch, it’s safe to refreeze and serve. Many customers find that simply touching the packaging is enough to confirm this.

However, if any portion of your order arrives completely warm with no remaining coolness, please reach out to us right away. Include photos of:

• The packaging materials

• Any dry ice bags (even if empty)

• The affected food

This will help us get things resolved for you as quickly as possible.
