What if my dry ice is gone when the box arrives?

It’s completely normal for the dry ice to be evaporated by the time your box arrives! Our packaging is designed to keep your pet’s food at safe temperatures during transit, even after the dry ice is gone.

As long as the food still feels cool to the touch, it’s safe to refreeze and serve. If any part of your order arrives completely warm with no coolness left, please contact us right away. Be sure to include photos of the packaging, any remaining dry ice bags (even if empty), and the affected items so we can help make it right.
