How do you ensure your raw food is safe?

Food safety & sanitation is always our #1 priority—our process is to first ensure that we source the highest quality ingredients. We source the highest quality USDA-inspected meat and add probiotics specifically designed to eliminate pathogens. In addition, we manufacture in a USDA kitchen with strict cleaning & sanitation protocols including regularly testing our production environment for pathogens and using ATP tests to monitor cleanliness. 

Finally each batch of our product is always tested for Salmonella, E. Coli O157:H7, and Listeria monocytogenes before shipping and multiple samples are collected from each batch to ensure that we have a high statistical confidence in our results.
