Viewing Store Credit
For One-Time Customers:
• Go to Your Account
Navigate to our homepage and click the account icon in the top right corner. Log in to view your account.
• Access Your Profile
From the dropdown menu, select "Profile."
• View Store Credit
Under the "Payment Methods" section, you'll see a card labeled "Store Credit" showing your current available balance.
For Subscription Customers:
• Go to Your Account
Navigate to our homepage and click the account icon in the top right corner. Log in to view your account.
• Access Your Subscription
Once logged in, select "Subscriptions" at the top of the page, or click "View and manage order" under your next order details.
• Navigate to Credits
On the right-hand side, go to "Address & Payment Details", then scroll down and click "Manage Payment Methods".
At the top of this page, you'll see a section titled "Credits" with your available balance.
