Applying Store Credit

To use your store credit, just make sure you're logged into your Viva account.

• At Checkout (One-Time Orders)

Under the "Payment Method" section, you'll see the option to "Apply store credit" along with your available balance.

Check that box to apply your credit—your order total will update automatically to reflect any remaining balance due. If your credit fully covers the order, any leftover amount will remain on your account for future use.
