Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been prepped for shipment yet, you can update your shipping address directly from your Viva portal.

To do so, simply log into your account and click on the order you’d like to update. If changes are still possible, you’ll see an option to update the shipping address at the top of that order’s status page.
