Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Once a shipping label is created, it can take some time for the carrier to scan and register the package in their system. In many cases, tracking will not show movement until the package has been physically picked up and processed at the carrier’s facility later in the evening.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you received your shipping confirmation and no tracking updates have appeared, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to review the shipment status and ensure everything is on track.
