Do you offer delivery scheduling or special instructions?

At this time, we aren’t able to offer scheduled delivery dates or guaranteed delivery windows. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend keeping transit times in mind when placing your order and upgrading your shipping speed if needed.

That said, we can include special instructions for the carrier (like “leave at front door” or “gate code is 1234”), and they will appear on the shipping label. While we can’t guarantee they will follow these instructions, most carriers do their best to accommodate them.
