Can I change or cancel my order?

We get it, plans change! If your order hasn’t been prepped for shipment yet, you can make updates right from your Viva portal. Just click into the order you want to modify and select the section you’d like to update, whether that’s your items, shipping address, or canceling the order entirely. It’s the quickest way to make changes on your own, no need to wait on us!

Once your order has been packed or shipped, editing will no longer be available. You’ll see a banner at the top of the order's status page letting you know that changes can no longer be made.
