Change Recipe | Quantity

• Go to Your Account

Navigate to our homepage and click the account icon in the top right corner. Log in to view your orders.

• Select Your Order

Click on the specific order you'd like to update.

• Make Changes to Existing Recipes

To remove a recipe or adjust quantities, click "Remove Recipes | Update Quantities."

Use '+' or '-' buttons next to each item to adjust quantities or remove them completely.

• Add New Recipes

Click "Add Recipes" to browse and add new items to your order.

Use the search bar or scroll to find the product you want. Click "Add" on the right-hand side to include it in your order.

If you're adding chunked recipes for dogs, be sure to select "Texture" and choose "Chunked" before adding the item to your card.

• Complete Payment or Refund

If your changes result in an added cost, you'll see a "Pay Now" button at the top—click to complete payment.

If your changes result in a refund, you'll see a "Refund" button—click to initiate the refund.
