Can I skip the trial?
While we recommend starting with a smaller trial-size box to ease your pet into Viva, we understand some customers may prefer to jump right in!
Returning Customers
No action needed - once you log in, the trial will automatically be skipped for future orders.
New Customers
If you'd like to skip the trial here's how:
• Build Your First Viva Box
Follow the steps in "How do I place my first order?" to add items to your card and proceed to checkout.
• Adjust the Delivery Frequency
At the bottom of the cart page, change your frequency to 2 weeks. This removes the trial box and updates your total to reflect a full-sized order.
• Place Your Order
Complete checkout as usual.
• Update Your Subscription
After checkout, log into your account and update your delivery frequency to your preferred interval so you don't continue receiving a full box every 2 weeks.
